WHEN DOES THE EVENT TAKE PLACE?
IBF – International Bike Festival will take place from 4 to 6 September 2026.
WHERE IS THE EVENT BEING HELD?
IBF – International Bike Festival takes place at the Misano World Circuit (Via Daijiro Kato, 10, 47843 Misano Adriatico RN)
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
Pre-opening event for the media and industry professionals: Friday 4 September 2026, 9.00 am – 12.00 pm (Via Ascari, 47843 Misano Adriatico RN). There will be a dedicated entrance where you must show your ticket to staff.
Friday 4 September 2026, 12.00 – 19.00
Saturday 5 September 2026, 10.00 – 19.00
Sunday 6 September 2026, 10.00 – 17.00
Admission is permitted up to 30 minutes before closing time.
HOW CAN I GET TO THE EVENT?

DO YOU NEED TO REGISTER TO ATTEND THE EVENT?
Yes. To gain access to the Village, you must register online. Once you have completed your registration, simply go to the entrance gate with your ticket – either as a digital copy on your mobile phone or as a printed copy – to gain access to the event.
IS THERE AN ENTRANCE FEE?
No, admission to IBF – International Bike Festival is free; you just need to register online.
TICKET VALIDITY
The ticket you receive upon registration can be used on all three days of the Festival.
IS THERE A BIKE PARKING AREA?
Inside the village, if you enter via the entrance at Via del Carro 30, you’ll find a large, secure and free car park where you can leave your bike in complete safety.
IS THERE A CAMPERVAN AREA?
No equipped camper area is available, but parking is permitted (no camping). Please note that parking areas are unattended.
CAN YOU DO BIKE TESTS?
The International Bike Festival features an exhibition and product test rides. On the Map page, you’ll find all the information you need on the interactive map.
The terms and conditions for accessing the test rides are at the discretion of the companies.
PLEASE NOTE:
- wearing a helmet is compulsory (we recommend bringing your own);
- we recommend wearing suitable, sports-style clothing;
- exhibitors do not have all types of pedals available, so if you are wearing clip-in shoes, we recommend bringing your own pedals;
- the test area is reserved for the companies’ demo bikes;
- remember to complete and sign the form.
CAN I ENTER THE EVENT VENUE WITH MY BIKE?
Yes, you’ll be able to ride your bike into the village, but not in the test areas.
IS PARKING FREE?
Yes, there will be plenty of free parking spaces provided by the organisers during the event.
There are also privately run paid car parks near the circuit.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Yes, dogs are allowed, provided they are kept on a lead. Dogs are not permitted in the test areas.
